This site is a support site for customers who have purchased microTRACER.
Please use your My Page after logging in to download the latest software and documents.
■ Regarding Login
You can log in with the email address of the registered contact person. Also, due to the renewal of the support page, the login method has been changed. Passwords are now set by the user.
- For the first login, please reset your password by clicking on "Forgot your password?".
After receiving the password, please log in.
- After logging in, please reset your password in "User Information / Change" on My Page.
- In relation to microTRACER, we will not use "Register Product Information" on My Page.

【Changes from the old server】
- On the old support page, multiple accounts (logins) were allowed for one serial number, but for security reasons, only one account per serial number is now allowed for registration and changes.
- If you were registered under multiple names or cannot log in because the registered contact person is unknown, please contact us via the inquiry form above.
