This is the official support site for customers who have purchased EVRICA products. To register products, issue licenses, and download the latest software, please complete the new user registration and access "My Page." (Note: License issuance is not required if you are using the KS100 only.)
Release notes can be viewed from the "Downloads" menu without logging in.
Important Notice
We have received reports of device malfunctions caused by connecting power sources exceeding the rated 5V (such as 12V) to the DC IN port (reserved for future expansion) on the EVRICA unit.
EVRICA operates via USB bus power; therefore, it is not necessary to connect a power source to the DC IN port. (Please note: Connecting via a USB hub may result in insufficient power supply, causing the device not to operate. In such cases, please connect the device directly to your computer.)
We ask for your careful attention to this matter to avoid accidental damage.
