Customers who have registered our products on the old support website and are continuing their maintenance subscription will have their customer accounts and registered products already set up when the new support website is launched. When using your account, please enter your email address on the “Reset Password” page and reset your password.
Additionally, after logging into your My Page, please update your user information via the “User Information/Change” menu.
