As of May 19, 2025, we have launched the English page of our product support site. You can switch to English using the language switch button in the top right of the page.

Request to set your My Page login password and update your user information (for customers who have already registered their products on the old support website)
Customers who have registered our products on the old support website and are continuing their maintenance subscription will have their customer accounts and registered products already set up when the new support website is launched. When using your account, please enter your email address on the “Reset Password” page and reset your password. Additionally, after logging into your My Page, please update your user information via the “User Information/Change” menu. If you are unable to reset your password due to changes in the email address registered on the old support website, please contact us at support-warrant@dts-insight.co.jp.
